1.1 Purpose
This document is applicable to the design description and explanation of the 48V discharge load box test system designed by our company for Shenzhen Yutuo Ruike Technology Co., Ltd. It mainly describes the system design, system composition, division of functional units, determination of various interfaces, etc.
1.2 Objectives
The goal of this system solution is to meet the following customer goals.
1. To avoid frequent replacement of DC circuit breakers by customers, resulting in test interruptions and increased maintenance costs, it is recommended to replace it with a DC contactor, which can be operated remotely and facilitates the software to calculate discharge time and energy.
2. It can meet the functions of remote operation and data storage of the customer's host computer. It is proposed to use a remote host computer to operate the load box, which can monitor the voltage, current, power, time, electric energy and other data of all battery discharges, and can also save, call, generate curves and other functions.
3. It can meet the customer's remote operation, avoid manual execution on site each time the test is carried out, greatly improve work efficiency, and save a lot of manpower and time costs.
