Liquid cooled load banks for In-Rack CDU testing
Posted by Vera Su on
In-Rack CDU (In-Rack Cooling Distribution Unit) is a rack-mounted liquid cooling distribution device. It distributes regulated coolant to rack-level cooling components such as cold plates and rear door heat exchangers, and collects return fluid to form a closed liquid cooling loop.
Liquid-cooled load banks are adopted as the heat source to simulate high-density liquid-cooled IT equipment.

Features outstanding performance and reliable functions as follows:
- Equipped with a cold plate liquid cooling structure, achieving a thermal efficiency of 95%.
- Adopts UQD liquid cooling interface, supporting hot-swap operation with excellent leakage prevention performance.
- Supports remote control and networking connection, with a maximum parallel connection capacity of 200 units.
- Compact structure design, 1U form factor with a power rating of 7kW.
- Enables real-time monitoring of liquid flow, pressure, and temperature parameters.
- Built with comprehensive protection mechanisms, including over-current, over-voltage, low flow, over-temperature, and over-pressure protection.
