This 5kW/7.5kW rack-mounted load bank simulates a real air-cooled server for data centers. It is especially applicable to RDHx rear door heat exchanger performance testing, which can accurately simulate the actual heat load of server racks, verify the heat dissipation efficiency, heat exchange capacity, and operation stability of RDHx systems under full-load and variable-load working conditions. Meanwhile, it validates rear door cooling, overall HVAC systems, hot aisle containment, and PUE performance of data centers. Featuring low temperature difference and infinitely adjustable fans, it delivers a response time within 0.5 seconds for rapid UPS performance testing. Supporting RS485 group control and daisy-chain parallel connection, it allows up to 200 units linked together for scalable and centralized testing management, meeting large-scale and batch RDHx system and data center infrastructure commissioning and testing demands.
