The EA8121S 20kW liquid-cooled load bank is tailor-made for performance verification of in-rack CDU coolant distribution units in liquid-cooled data centers. It adopts a cold plate liquid cooling layout to reach 95% thermal efficiency for authentic high-density heat source simulation. Fitted with UQD liquid cooling connectors, it supports hot swapping and delivers outstanding fluid leakage prevention for quick field deployment. This compact 1U rackmount module has a single-unit power rating of 7kW, with up to 200 units paralleled for flexible power expansion. It enables real-time acquisition and monitoring of coolant flow, pressure, and temperature data for precise test condition tracking. Equipped with multi-layer protective logic against overcurrent, overvoltage, low flow, overtemperature, and overpressure, the device ensures stable long-duration operation. Remote communication and networked control further simplify centralized test management for data center commissioning and validation tasks.
