This 500KW 1200VDC load bank is a high-power, high-voltage, air-cooled DC programmable load bank system. It is specially used for wide voltage DC power supply testing, such as hydrogen and oxygen fuel cells, DC charging piles, battery packs and other DC source testing, simulating user load usage conditions, and checking the power supply's load capacity, output performance indicators, etc.

- Remote Control: An external ethernet port is provided to mimic the control screen using free software for remote control using a customer provided laptop, PC, or tablet. Or Modbus RTU/RS485 is available.
- Instrumentation: Digital metering (V, A, kW) and data logging.
- Control Power: Via external 380-415V AC, 3P5W, 50Hz.
- Cooling System: Integral forced-air cooling system, bottom inlet, up outlet.

- Load Elements: High-capacity Nichrome load elements. Elements are fully supported with stainless steel rods and high-temperature refractory ceramics for quick heat discharge.
- Safety Features: Over-temperature, over/under voltage, cooling-air loss, and current imbalance protection.

- Daisy Chained: Multiple load banks can be hooked together for higher load capacity.
- Enclosure: Heavy-gauge steel outdoor enclosure with powder-coat finish. Hinged access doors with lockable latches. Forklift pockets for easy mobility.
