This is a water-cooled load bank, a type of load bank used to simulate loads for testing power generation and distribution equipment, such as generators or uninterruptible power supplies (UPS). Unlike traditional air-cooled load banks, which dissipate heat through fans, cold plate water-cooled load banks use water as the cooling medium to manage the heat generated during the testing process.
