This 200kW wide-range DC load bank works stably from 400V to 1200V DC with constant current control. It features 5kW fine power steps for accurate load simulation. Adopting Siemens control system, it supports local touchscreen operation and remote PC control for automatic aging tests. Equipped with IP65 TEFC motors and cast aluminum fan blades, it guarantees efficient cooling during continuous full-load runs. Built-in protections against over-temperature, abnormal air pressure, fan faults, overvoltage and overcurrent secure test articles and the unit itself. Perfect for testing EV battery packs, DC chargers, aerospace power supplies and energy storage modules.
